• Sauna bathing involves exposure to high heat, which may place physical strain on the body.
• Outdoor environments carry inherent risks, including uneven ground, changing weather, and cold water exposure.
• Sauna use and any associated cooling activities are undertaken at your own discretion.
• You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing and leaving the sauna if you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable.
• You confirm that you are fit to take part and have considered any personal medical conditions that may affect your ability to use the sauna safely.
• You agree to follow all safety guidance and instructions provided on site and online by Sauna Hus.
• Sauna Hus cannot accept responsibility for injury, illness, or loss resulting from failure to follow guidance or from personal decisions made during your visit.

Use of the Sauna Hus facilities is entirely at the guest’s own discretion. By attending a session, guests confirm that they are in suitable health to use a sauna environment and that they will take responsibility for monitoring their own comfort throughout the session. Sauna Hus staff are present to manage the sauna space, but guests are expected to follow guidance provided on arrival and during their visit.
Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the sauna environment at all times. Sauna Hus reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session early if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to these terms. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
These terms of use may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in operation, safety guidance, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be published on the Sauna Hus website.
